These terms apply when you use My Sip Coach at mysipcoach.com. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using My Sip Coach.
Who may use My Sip Coach
My Sip Coach is intended for adults who are legally allowed to access alcohol-related content where they live. You must follow the laws that apply to you. Do not let children use alcohol-related features.
Accounts
You may use guest features or create an account. Keep your login information secure and use accurate information. You are responsible for activity under your account. Contact us if you believe someone has accessed it without permission.
Drink information and safety
My Sip Coach provides recipe ideas and product information for general informational and entertainment purposes. Recipes, ingredient details, barcode matches, and AI-generated replies may be incomplete or inaccurate. Check product labels, allergens, measurements, and local laws before using a recipe. My Sip Coach does not sell alcohol or guarantee that a product is available at a particular store.
Use good judgment with alcohol. Do not drink and drive, serve alcohol to anyone below the legal drinking age, or rely on My Sip Coach for medical, health, or safety advice. You are responsible for deciding whether a recipe is safe and appropriate for you.
Community and messages
You are responsible for content you post or send. Do not upload illegal, abusive, misleading, privacy-invading, or infringing content, or use the service to harass, threaten, spam, or impersonate others. Community posts may be visible to the public; direct messages are intended for their participants, but should not be treated as a secure or confidential channel.
You retain rights to content you create. When you post or send content through My Sip Coach, you allow My Sip Coach to store, display, and transmit it as needed to provide the features you choose. We may hide or remove content or restrict accounts to protect users or operate the service.
Using the service
Do not interfere with My Sip Coach, attempt unauthorized access, misuse another person’s account, or use automated means to disrupt the service. My Sip Coach may change, suspend, or discontinue features. We will try to keep the service available, but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.
Third-party services
Some features rely on third-party services, including Google sign-in and Maps, Cloudflare hosting, Groq for help responses, and Open Food Facts for barcode lookups. Their services are subject to their own terms and privacy practices.
Disclaimers and limits
To the extent permitted by law, My Sip Coach is provided “as is” without guarantees that recipes, product information, recommendations, or the service will be accurate, suitable, secure, or continuously available. To the extent permitted by law, My Sip Coach is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms removes rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Changes and contact
